Pak’s ISI chief visits Kabul ahead of Government formation

Islamabad: Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief, Lt Gen Faiz Hameed, visited the senior Taliban leadership, who were close to forming a new government in Afghanistan.

Pakistan Army Chief, Gen Qamar Jawed Bajwa told visiting UK foreign secretary Dominic Raab on Saturday that Islamabad would “continue to fight for peace and stability in Afghanistan, as well as assist the formation of an inclusive administration.”
