India’s Suhas Yathiraj clinches Silver in Badminton Men’s singles SL4 event

Suhas Yathiraj created history by becoming the first IAS officer in India to win a medal at the Paralympics. He clinched Silver in Badminton Men’s Singles SL4 category. Suhas is an IAS officer of the 2007 batch and first ever bureaucrat to participate in Games.

This is India’s third medal in Paralympics after Pramod Bhagat who won Gold and Manoj Sarkar who won Bronze.
