Climate change:IPCC environmental warnings that India cannot ignore

As the world third-largest carbon emitter after China and the United States, India insists that it expects to exceed its commitment in the Paris climate agreement by 2030 to reduce its carbon footprint by 3,335 from its 2005 level by 2030%. Carbon emitters declared carbon neutrality by 2050. India did not do so, even after China set a 2060 deadline. But this IPCC report cannot be ignored. The second most populous country in the world, ranking seventh in the 2019 Climate Risk Index.
